Deliver  human resources services that  build successful  individuals, teams and organizations.   Work with hundreds of individuals and tens of brand name organizations/non profits. Successfully completed  two public agency RFPs.  Maintain a substantial roster of clients.

2006 - 2008

Associate Director, Mid Career Coaching 

UCLA, Anderson School of Business

Implemented a Mid-Career Alumni Center that  provided coaching to hundreds of graduates of the program with goal to revitalize  participation of a key demographic (Age 30+).

2000 - 2002

Corporate Vice President, Management Planning

The Walt Disney Company

Identified and retained  95% of the top 100 executives using  innovative succession planning, development and recruitment for this 100, 000 plus employee, Fortune 500 Company. Worked directly with Division Presidents and the CEO  to reduce executive recruitment costs by increasing development and internal transfers.  Provided data and roadmap for top executive transitions. 

1995 - 1999

Vice President, Human Resources Development

Disneyland Resort

Acted as President‘s" change agent” using analytics to transform organization structure and strategy.  Reduced cost per hire and decreased undesirable turnover, while hiring up to 5,000 cast members per year.  Managed the Disneyland University to systematically  improve guest satisfaction and cast retention. Managed the retention of hourly cast members using conjoint analysis of a cast satisfaction survey.

1982 - 1994

Corporate Senior Vice President, Training

Bank of America

Directly responsible for one of the nation's largest training organizations during one of the major bank mergers of the decade.  Led global training including:  management development, succession planning, organization development, retail, commercial  and technology training. Designed leadership curricula.  Managed to exacting financial cost and customer-quality parameters.
