I'm a user advocate, who's always looking to provide a better user experience, for the end-user, by improving content and governance processes, and asking the right questions. Whether it's providing useful content and documentation, conceptualizing new, site designs and information architecture into wireframes, creating content inventories, conducting metadata and taxonomy audits, developing content strategy, communications and training plans, or delivering communication messages; the user always comes first!

I have a passionate interest in content strategy, information architecture, internal and end-user communications, and user experience. But, most of all, I'm passionate about providing users with useful, findable, and valuable content, and doing the right thing, by creating a content user experience that works!!
