Worked as middle/back office support in trade life cycle, trade issue resolution related to middle and back office related to data or application, maintenance (Application support) and coordination on releases for the capital market applications which includes REPO trading application ARTS, collateral management application ALGO, Prime trading service applications and Broadridge Gloss/BPS/Impact. Responsible for support operation to meet the technical and business requirements of users dealing with Middle office, back office risk management systems for Capital Markets.

  • Strong subject matter expert in Prime Brokerage applications, REPO trading and Collateral Management and which includes Equities and options.
  • Extensive User Support on trade entries, booking, settlement, reconciliation and Risk management platforms which includes Merlin/ Ion/Broadridge Impact/BPS/Gloss.
  • Coordinate among upstream and downstream applications for system changes or any unexpected issues.
  • Supporting inquiries on trades order issues, trade flows monitoring, continuous interaction with Traders/operations and sales desk to fix business issues.
  • Weekly and Monthly Reporting based on the Incident Management System and Problem Management System based on ITIL practices.

  • SPOC for BCP activities for all applications of Prime Team.
  • Primary contact person for Funding and Prime Technology team for any critical, emergency issues and user queries. I am involved in analyzing and resolving the production issues within SLA, creating incident management tickets, emergency change management tickets and resolving problem tickets.
  • ALGO is collateral management application which generates reports based on daily/weekly/monthly margin calculations, we help resolve any report issues, generate ad-hoc reports based on user requirements. We help resolve any calculation related issues.
  • Extensively involved in batch monitoring through ITRS/autosys, resolving batch failures and sending daily/weekly reports to all stakeholders of the application.
  • Providing support for pre and post change testing and deployment, and coordinating with different teams across the bank
  • Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the client. Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customers.
  • ARTS is a vendor based application used for REPO trading. We maintain the application 24*7 and resolve user issues.
