- Provide a wide variety of technical support to 200+ end users for “The Global Visa and Passport Professionals.”
- Provide Microsoft Windows XP Professional / Office 2003 support to users locally and in eight different locations throughout the country.
- Prepare and monitor helpdesk tickets using AdventNet Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.
- Setup and imaged new desktop and laptop computers including the installation of Symantec AntiVirus 10.2.
- Manage the daily backup and administration of 48 Windows 2000/2003 servers, ensuring data integrity and recovery using Symantec Backup Exec.
- Create new users utilizing Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2000, and Novell.
- Perform the import and export of data using Microsoft Excel and use MS Access to create reports.
- Setup and schedule jobs using SQL 7.0 and SQL 2000 to optimize the performance of five Microsoft SQL servers.
- Test company developmental and live website data for accuracy.
- Purchasing agent for all IT software and hardware.
