Currently as a part of Leadership Hiring, actively involved in end-to-end recruitment of senior level candidates for Global Business Services (GBS) entity of Hewlett Packard, India.
·Build the Resourcing Infrastructure: To build capacity and capability to deliver the number of suitable candidates within agreed timeframes through appropriate use of resources and skills. Develop a deep understanding of the business requirements through an understanding of the businesses and their operating models and create a recruitment strategy aligned to the same.

·Responsible for talent acquisition at senior management level for the Global Business Services(GBS).
·Wide spectrum of profiles handled including Finance, Procurement, P2P, OTC, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project/Program Management, Quality Management, MBB/BB certified professionals from top consulting organizations.
·Understanding business requirements at key levels, mapping potential talent through various sources, partnering with the business to ensure closures.
