About

Working determinedly to apply her expert skills in Architecture, Ms. Paola Favata has successfully accumulated many years of experience in her chosen field. In 2002, Paola Favata interned at the Ames Research Center in NASA. Here, she was assigned to the Advanced Projects Branch in Moffett Field, CA. Her employment there put her to work at The Mars Returned Sample Handling Project for the Center for Mars Exploration. Paola had the opportunity to work on the AIAA Guideline for Measuring the Volumes and Area of Habitable Spacecraft. Paola Favata was employed under contract in 2004 at Habitat Design in San Lorenzo, CA. Concurrently, Ms. Favata worked at Field Architecture in Palo Alto, CA under contract, and at Baukunst Architecture under contract in Daly City, CA.

From 2005 until 2006, Paola Favata worked under contract at Barton Architect in Palo Alto, CA. In 2006, she was also under contract as an employee of JCA Architects in San Jose, CA. Ms. Favata was a salaried employee from 2006 till 2007 at Aedis Architecture and Planning in San Jose, CA. She joined Miro Design Group at ROEM Corporation in Santa Clara, CA in 2007 as a salaried employee.

Paola Favata went to Waimea, Hawaii to work under commission at the LC-T House from 2009 to 2010. A self-employed individual since September 2012, Ms. Favata has been operating her own company, PF Atelier. The firm has been promoting and selling her artwork of fine jewelry, textile art, glass, mixed media and photography. Ms. Favata completed Independent Coursework under Patrik Kusek (PMC, Rio Grande), on Jewelry and Metals 1 (The Crucible, Oakland, CA) and Jewelry and Metals 2 (The Crucible, Oakland, CA).
