Promote excellence projects and programs to all areas of the company, understanding and scaling those critical problems in order to solve, act as a coach with teams, in order to contribute to problem solving. Make permanent visits to the market, identifying and realizing opportunities for improvement, also proposing the reallocation of resources, sharing ideas with others in the cluster and actively acting as a representative in the Business & Management Review meetings. Work within the areas of the organization, generating greater awareness towards quality, implementing the Support Center and Customer Support, participate in the process of cost reduction generated within the plant. Act as facilitator in the process of developing action plans cross in the company, especially in relation to functions Quality (customer satisfaction) and industrial supply chains.Maintain good internal and external relationships with the management teams of different entities (national, divisional, government), keep good practices of quality and satisfaction.
- Obtain Product Certifications, such as, RETIE, UL , M1 for material for Reaction to fire.
- Reduce Customer´s Complaints related with Quality Products in 90% ( 2014 vs 2015)
- Reduce Non Quality Cost 0.7% to 0.4 0%(2014 vs 2015)
- Project Six Sigma “Complete Products to Customers”.
- Successful Replacement to Quality & Customer satisfaction Manager Andean Zone during 4 months
- Lead action in projects to launch New Projects: Apolo and Venus for raceways.
