Pankaj is an accomplished, result driven Account Manager with good blend of strategy, business, technology and in-depth understanding of Pharmaceutical industry functions. The top two Global Pharma relationship he manages, is one of the largest in the offshoring industry. He created significant growth in this relationship and helped proliferate it across the Life Sciences vertical of Satyam. He has continuously engaged with C-Level stakeholders to align, recommend and implement their strategies for predictable and tangible outcomes. His team has kept focus on creating relevant solutions and has strengthened the Satyam brand against the competition. In his previous role with Global Pharma, Pankaj developed sourcing strategies in conjunction with customers and implemented shared service engagement model with the delivery team to enable customers realize economies of scale, process standardization and significant cost benefits. Prior to joining the Global Pharma account, Pankaj consulted Satyam’s customer, Mahindra & Mahindra (an auto major) for "Building a Logistics Solutions Business". While consulting on Mahindra, he designed distribution solutions offerings for Dairy, CPG, Health and Pharmaceuticals sectors. The Health Logistics plan he drew for outsourcing CMO/PHC distribution got Indian parliamentary approval. With a postgraduate degree in Management (IRMA, Anand), Pankaj has continuously used academic and professional opportunities to gain exposure in diverse domains of business.
