After speaking with my long time friend Sasha Weisner, who has been a Flight Attendant for your company for the last five years I was informed that you had a Costumer Service Agent position open. Hence, my positive and enthusiastic Customer Service Skills make me the ideal candidate to be an Agent at your FLL airport location.
My Eight years of experience with Costumer Service, Three years on the Sales floor of Bath & Body Works as the Leading cashier and Five years on the Hospitality Field working at a Restaurant, have taught me to handle Difficult Costumers with patience and professionalism. For example, once I had a costumer at the register who wouldn’t understand that separating her purchase into two transactions and using 20% off coupons on each would be the same as using one 20% off coupon on the entire purchase, so I took my Calculator out and showed her that the amount was the same on both cases; She ended up Thanking me because not only did I save her time at the register but I took the time that no other associate had and showed her a better way to checkout at the register. In addition, I am currently completing the last semester to obtain my Associates Degree for which I have taken a Computer Literacy Course, and two Humanities courses that help me understand Human condition. Lastly, I am a fluent Spanish speaker. With this in mind, these skills will allow me to start and finish the Spirit Airlines Experience positively for all my future costumers.
