• Started the largest RB pest plant in India in time and implemented various automation projects to increase productivity and reduce manpower.

• Core team member to set up Duracell plant at Manesar Gurgaon and managed its operations for 5 years and played key role in smooth shutting down of Indian operations in 2002.

• Worked in rotation in all of the manufacturing functions like Projects, Production and Maintenance with all best latest cell making machines including labeling, packaging and laser welding.

• After the closure of Duracell factory in 2002 … moved to Gillette and lead the Blade making department for nearly 4 years for complete manufacturing operations and achieved various milestones on the way by supporting new blade launches, localisation of steel for blade manufacturing and improving capabilities in all areas.


• Core team member to set up Duracell battery making world class plant at Manesar Gurgaon with latest technology and played key strategic role in shutting down the operations in 2002.

• Creating SMT teams and implementation of lean manufacturing.

• Cell manufacturing training at Duracell Belgium to study Cell Assembly and Packaging lines.

• Training at V.G.Niclolus at Germany for the K-pack packaging lines.
