Palash is focused to develop the STPL brand as an organisation and it's culture to attract better people and clients. The vision of this brand encompasses visual appearance, highly talented people, transparency and standardisation in client dealings, commitment to delivery and creating multiple channels to provide easy access to customers and prospects to interact with the organisation. Palash has not only strengthened the IT Services arm of STPL, but has created 4 new software product lines by instilling innovation and creativity within the organisation and has expanded operations into Africa, Middle East and India.
STPL has ventured into new digital and social marketing channels which has increased the visibility of its Brand. New dedicated teams focus on the digital and web presence of STPL and its products, so as to be available in front of the customers whenever required. Internal and external communications have contributed to a substantial growth of STPL.
Apart from these, Palash has created an accurate and transparent Financial and Accounting system for its Board and Investors, and been able to contain costs and increase profit margins (EBITDA). Introduced SOP and automation for the most efficient operational management and reporting. A lot of emphasis has been given for accurate and timely analytics and business intelligence for improved decision making. Finally, an open culture promotes creation of strategic alliances within the Industry which has substantially improved and created new revenue channels.
