Work experience

Feb 2006Present

Project Engineer

Repsol YPF

Responsible of the engineering, bid preparing, and construction of the new surface facilities required to manage the increasing production of the Reynosa-Monterrey Gas field according with the 2004-2009 development drilling plan.

•Successful construction of 10"x12 Km.gas pipeline on-time, on-budget (4.5 MM US.Dollars) and with no accident safety record.

•More than 20 Km of 3" well flowlines construction and replacement.

•1000 HP compressor unit: leasing and installing on existing plant.

Facilities Engineer

OGS energy services

I worked as a Process Engineer consultant assigned for Repsol YPF to evaluate existing facilities of Reynosa-Monterrey gas field and propose the facilities requirements to assure the production plan 2004-2009.I did the designing, leading engineering process, and follow up the construction of these facilities, including: Flow stations, production manifolds, gas pipelines, well test separators, tanks and flares among others.

•Designing and construction of 84 MM scfd gathering station on time and budget which process80% of the actual production of the field.

•Debottlenecking based on HYSIS and PIPEPHASE simulation software abilities.

Process Engineer Consultant

Intelcon System C.A.

I worked in the development of three documents of Multiphase Flow Measurement Well Testing Best Practices to be used by PDVSA as a guideline for the implementation of this technology in well testing.
