Was responsible for marketing of the following generic product lines: SNC, Oncology, Creams & Ointments, OTC, and Diabetes. Managed the doctor visitation program in my target specialization (Psychiatry): overseeing the sales representatives team.Launched several generic medications in the area of psychiatry, oncology, and Life Style Drugs.Coordinated the participation of the Generic Division at medical congresses (Psychiatry), which was the company's only division to participate in medical congresses.Elaborated and implemented mass media strategies for promoting generic medication.Was responsible for training the doctor visitation team for the SNC Line.Was responsible for elaborating the printed promotional merchandising material (posters, folders, product lists, flyers, etc.).Results:Grew sales significantly (275% in four years) of the SNC products.Was the Green-Belt responsible for the Six Sigma project "Increasing sales of generics in SPC drugstore chains", which forecasted a growth of R$ 2 million in net sales and R$ 371,000 in net profit.Most of the products presented a growth of 100% in their sales and almost all of the products saw their market share levels at least double.The company became the market leader in generics in most classes.Saw a quick penetration in the market with the product launches.
