To be really honest, during a professional career with multiple and diferent experiences in multinational companies and business cultures, we come up with just a few people that really become referents and become a top of mind in our path. Pablo is no doubt for me, apart from been a class mate in the Master’s degree, the person from whom I learnt to reach my highest level of development needed to really stand out from the average, as well as those aspects that are developed and not learnt, like commercial keenness, leadership, to go beyond paradigms, relationship building, communication skills and exceptional negotiation qualities, which left me with the task of learning from him and assimilating such unique leadership skills.
With total transparency, I can assure that in many of my actual commercial actions, like presentations where I have had to stand before 500 attendees, I have applied all my learning from Pablo.
