I have 6 years of experience as an Operations and HR Manager in retail, leading and developing large teams; a strong business acumen and high knowledge of the digital environment. I am looking forward to finding a position in a company with global presence and a multicultural background, where constant innovation and people are the main priorities, preferably in the technology or retail industries. I would like to be involved and lead projects such as digital transformation processes, intrapreneurship and developing new solutions for customers, expanding to new markets or business areas, defining digital marketing strategy and optimizing investment, creation and improvement of e-commerce platforms and conversion rates, etc.

Co-founder of Alitrastras - an online, fast-retail brand that offers a variety of apparel and accessories printed with humourous designs related to the latest viral phenomena and social trends.

The project was born with the aim of finding a way in the world of e-commerce, putting into practice all the knowledge acquired during my Digital Business studies, creating our first online business and, of course, having fun.

As a newborn startup, I am currently in charge of running the marketing, financial and operational side of the business, leaving aside the artistic part of it. Our main focus at the moment is consolidating our portfolio of products and driving traffic to our website
