Security Manager and primary Intelligence Officer of a 2,000-member organization. Primary officer who advises and assists the director and subordinates on all intelligence and security matters. Assesses threat capabilities and courses of action to support planning and mitigation. Responsible for the protection of all classified information. Manages the organization’s physical, personnel, and information security programs.

·Ranked number one out of eighteen company-grade officers on the staff.

·Performed in a duty position normally filled by an officer six to 13 years my senior.

·Identified serious incident trends and recommended mitigations resulting in a near 50% reduction of incidents over a one year timeframe.

Vanderbilt University Officer's Training Corps

Educated and trained 60 future commissioned officers. Chose selectees to recommend to the director from thousands of applicants. Evaluated students on academic and field problems against a strict written standard and prepared them for the rigorous one-month examination required prior to commissioning.

·Was intimately involved in assisting and mentoring students resulting in the best exam results in five years

·Developed both the program’s staff orientation and student orientation
