              an international collection system - innovation disclosure (patent) submitted in 2003. 

Accomplishments:

  • Developed, designed, tested and implemented a global collection system used by over 1,500 domestic and international users (system saved  20M+ a year).
  • Directed 6 application/database designers in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated software solutions for CompuCredit’s collection department.
  • Spearheaded over 5 major system migrations, including a 2 year application and database security ensuring SOX compliance for entire collections system department.

                User Interface for Wachovia’s collection system and other related credit card applications. 

                Mentored and trained junior developers to get up to speed on Wachovia’s collections systems.

Accomplishments:

  • Played an integral role in successfully development and implementation of a proprietary collection system for Wachovia’s credit card department, used by over 1,000 users throughout the US. 
  • Designed and implemented a skip trace application that automated the tracking of delinquent customers and produced detail management reports of agent activity.  (system saved 10M a year)
  • Designed and implemented a system which tracked the process of creating credit cards, alerted management of back logs and generated detail management reports on inventory and security.
  • Developed an automated dialer graphical user interface that controlled the pace of inbound and outbound calls to customers, tracked agent productivity, and generated detail reports.
