Apple Spice cake filled and covered in cream cheese icing then covered in fondant. Chocolate panels were added with fondant decorations, buttercream piping, and marzipan animals.
Mini-Wedding cake made for a bridal shower. Top two tiers are golden butter cake and bottom is chocolate. Filled and covered in American buttercream then covered in fondant. Decorated with gumpaste flowers and leaves and fondant bands around the tiers.

Box was made out of Lindt milk chocolates and filled with all chocolates made by hand. Chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate dipped strawberries, peanut butter cups,three different styles of truffles, chocolate covered nuts, buckeyes, and chocolate roses.

This was a modern twist on a traditional dessert. I used puff pastry to make a half moon and layered it with the brandied apples and added carmel ice cream with candied walnuts
