Online learning, or e-learning, is a rapidly expanding market. Research and development continue to expand the possibilities for connecting experts and teachers with learners in diverse communities. The opportunities to teach soft-skills in an online envirionment are exciting and continue to be my passion in education.

I want to continue to work and research in the areas of Virtual Worlds, social learning and training and accessible learning; and I hope to continue to learn and grow in the field.

After I complete the MET Programme, I will continue my own learning in ICT and Instructional Design while I work in the sector.
