Dan Kessler is an accomplished and highly-motivated architect with 15 years of experience in multiple design sectors, projects of which include: master planning, interiors, corporate headquarters, high-rise office buildings, multi-family residential, hotels, schools, higher education buildings, courthouses & detention facilities, military, and transportation & maintenance buildings.

His abilities blend design talent with practical application and excellent three-dimensional imaging. When the opportunity presents itself, Dan regards sustainability and environmental sensitivity as important design ideals.  These principles are evident in his creativity and attention to detail.

Dan is also a very successful project manager who has a proven ability in keeping projects designed on time and within budget. He has worked within multiple methods of project procurement and has maintained strong relationships with owners’ representatives, developers, and contractors. Furthermore, Dan has experience in supervising team members, creating a focused, efficient and productive workflow. His diligence, positive demeanor, and superb communication skills enable a collaborative working environment.

In addition to being a well-rounded architect, Dan was an instructor at the University of Colorado, College of Architecture and Planning, where he taught an award-winning design with computer technology class from 1996 – 2007.
