      The current program has over 335 students enrolled in over 17 classes, working from a curriculum

      database of over 300 courses.

Click on blue link for more information about project FORGE Rutgers Universities Report on Project FORGE  The United Way of Greater Union, Union, NJ, 2008-2009Developed and implemented training protocol for administration and staff for transitioning from a physical file management to a custom-designed server database management system. Over 2,700 clients enrolled into this program with nearly 4000 services completed. Family Success Center - Newark Now City of Newark, NJ, 2009-2010 Developed and implemented training protocol for administration, support staff and case managers to transition them from using a paper based physical filing system into using a proprietary digital-server database management system. The system enabled 13 individual Family Success Centers that had no access to common data in the past to share data, generate state required reports,  jointly manage families, service providers and client services. The transition took approximately 8 month and during this time the database began with zero clients. Upon completing the project the organization had hosted nearly 20,000 clients and logged over 25,000 completed services in the database. New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark NJ.  Designed a New Jersey Institute of Technology & Business Access Internship Proposal for the Nicholson Foundation of Newark, NJ. 2009.
