    Business: Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of the Siemens Industry Automation Division, is a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services with 7 million licensed seats and more than 71,000 customers worldwide.

    Role: Execution of corporate generated marketing campaigns, lead development, events, multi-channel marketing, and managing a team of channel partners, for Siemens PLM Software including the following product lines: NX, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix, Solid Edge & Femap. I work with channel partners to help with corporate strategy and branding, lead generation, planning, execution, and increasing revenue. Perform competitive intelligence, analyze market potential, geographical analysis, and skills assessment, to target marketing efforts.

    Specific Accomplishments:

    • Led 80+ Channel Partners marketing campaign execution (social media, webinars, seminars and tradeshows) to 100%+ Sales Quota from 2011-2013, providing 50% of leads-to-revenue generated;

    Business: Provider of Product Lifecycle Management solutions with a focus on the solution selling of PLM, PDM, CAD, CAE, CAM, and other applications. Twelve branch offices servicing ten states throughout the Midwest. Largest Alias (Acquired by Autodesk in 2006) software Value Added Reseller for 10 consecutive years.

    Role: P&L of a team of 26 engineers for the #3 Dassault Systemes SolidWorks VAR, #1 Stratasys VAR, & #1 Alias (Acquired by Autodesk in 2006) VAR in North America. Member of the Leadership Team, and the 4-Member Executive team, which is charged with setting direction and company policies. Generated $1M in consulting and $1M in training revenues annually, through marketing campaign execution and solution selling. Managed client relations and projects that included new software installations and engineering solution implementations.

    Specific Accomplishments:

    • Marketing campaign development and execution for training and consulting through webinars & seminars;
    • Managed solution selling technical team, driven by Key Performance Indicators (KPI), that provided support services for over 11,000 software licenses, and a 99% customer satisfaction rating of 99% over 7 years;
    • Originated a live online Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum achieving 50% annual growth YOY;
    • President for Proprietary Trade Schools in 8 states; mission to receive state funds, and add credibility;

    Role: Secured new business marketing and selling projectors, plasma TVs, audio/visual equipment, HP/SGI computers, CAD, and virtual reality software. Presided over Parametric Technology Corporation PTC’s reseller program for the Pro/Engineer line of products, which entailed selling software and consultations for production and implementation.

    • Cultivated relationships with automotive suppliers like General Motors, 3M, Lear, and Delphi, and sold large projection “Power Wall” 1-1 full-scale vehicle displays;

    OPTICORE AB (acquired by Autodesk)

    Business: International company that develops 3D real-time virtual reality software for interactive product visualization. Focused on digital mock-ups, real-time rendering, and reducing physical prototypes. Purchased by Autodesk in June, 2007.

    Role: Chartered with establishing operations in the U.S., growing from 1 to 14 employees, and developing sales, marketing campaigns and project management programs to reach new clients. Cultivated customer relationships and sold/managed projects for Ford, Lear, Audi, Nissan, BEA Aerospace, and others. Hired, trained, and supervised staff.

    Specific Accomplishments:

    • Responsible for marketing campaign execution, analysis, lead generation, and sales in the Americas;
    • Won and managed projects in discrete event simulation, off-line robotic programming, virtual reality, and industrial design visualization software to companies in the US, Japan, Sweden, and Mexico;
