INTRODUCTION

I have been practicing Therapeutic Massage and Manual Therapies since 1992 and  every day I see the impressive results of these therapies. Sport Massage hinders inflammatory chemicals, caused by exercise, from reaching muscles, stopping soreness and speeding recovery. Movement-based Kinesiology Taping can be used for injury rehabilitation or sports performance enhancement. Sports Therapy, conditioning and training combine to achieve a healthier musculoskeletal system, restore stability and balance and improve athletic performance. Getting the most from myself and my athlete is why I do this work.

As a young bicycle racer I received massage therapy as a regular part of training and preparation for competition. Experiencing the profound results personally, I decided to make this my life's work. My sports background also includes 3 years experience as a FIFA soccer referee. I worked as Team Support Staff on the Tour De Trump, the Tour of Texas, and the Tour DuPont international bicycle races and recently I was privileged to work on players at the Western & Southern Open ATP Tennis Tournament. I have maintained a successful private practice for 20 years treating the general public and athletes.

I'm highly skilled in advanced therapies with an understanding of clinical, nutritional and athletic needs, all attributes I bring to the corporate sports table. Sports Massage and other Manual Therapies give an additional dimension to athletic healthcare. My work has been extensive with NFL football players and athletes in cycling, golf, tennis, baseball, soccer and hockey helping them resolve muscle fatigue, pain and soft tissue strains and sprains. My skills will help produce a healthier, stronger, more durable athlete.

Sincerely,
