Managing a holding company for various real estate projects. Each project which is owned by the holding company has its own project. Projects are usually rental communities, either residential or commercial. I am the one who creates the transactions, build the partnerships and supervise the management of the projects.All improved various properties and brought them from 20% occupancy to 80% or higher within 2 years.Improved the property in significant ways, both externally and structurally.

Ori Tal serves as owner and Chief Executive Officer of real estate holding company ESO Equity Group, which was founded in Cocoa Beach, Florida, in 2003. Ori Tal and ESO Equity Group focus on developing commercial and residential properties. The company also handles condominium conversions and manages income-producing real estate. Mr. Tal oversees the company’s transactions and projects, which have included the conversion of more than 750 condos in Central Florida over the last 5 years.

As CEO, Ori Tal has directed a variety of projects, such as Millennium Palms Condominiums located in Orlando, Florida. Millennium Palms is a residential complex within walking distance of retail stores, restaurants, golf courses, and other area attractions. Residents at Millennium Palms enjoy garden-style apartments with one to three bedrooms and high-quality touches. This gated community features a fitness center, pet areas, a grilling gazebo, and beautiful landscaping. Mr. Tal’s company has also developed several other Florida properties, including Royal Oak Patio Homes, the Executive Tower and Plaza, and the Seacrest Building.

Before becoming involved with ESO Equity Group, Ori Tal attended the University of Haifa in Israel, where he studied economics and law. He was also a Lieutenant in the Israeli Navy.
