Managing and scheduling fault rectification and resolution on Vodafone infrastructure. Coordination of daily activities of 7 rigging teams. Arranging and organizing access for emergency fault rectification site visits for 19 field engineers. Providing H&S RAMS for each site visit and applying for access with Towercom, RTE, WIG, Shared Access, Cignal and private site providers. Scheduling site visits for operational maintenance visits. Creation of Remedy CRQs according to the customer demands for site visits. Managing processes and actively improving the system of assigning tasks and reporting on faults. Being the point of contact for engineers and riggers and simplifying the workflow whilst improving efficiency of the rigging crews. Stakeholder reporting and regular reviews. Managing reporting on active faults and priories during crisis and emergency.
- Creation of an effective and transparent workflow and reporting on open faults.
- Minimizing the amount of time from receiving the ticket to fault resolution and ticket closure.
- Changing the way of handling incidents by streamlining all requests using an app that simplified the process of assigning faults to rigging teams and making maintenance more efficient.
