Assistant Account Executive Intern
Performed extensive administrative support for promotions agency including: answering phones, filing, and expense reports. Assisted in event production, helping account managers and event planners making media kits, and general assistance in executing promotions, in office and on-site. Filled in as executive assistant to the CEO as necessary: scheduling meetings, travel and dining arrangements, updating contacts and coordinating any building needs. Worked directly with CEO for new business development; researching and writing in-depth profiles of prospective clients.
