Customer Service/ Phone Agent
I worked as a customer service agent. I answered phone calls, placed customer orders, and worked on the walmart.com website.
Jan 2005 - Oct 2008
I worked as the receptionist on the deck floor of our company. I set up the schedule for the trucks to come and deliver products to the warehouse, I answered customer calls, and gave customers directions on how to get to our company. I really enjoyed working at Saddle Creek. The last year that I was employed by Saddle Creek they decided to change our work schedule to only three days a week and still pulling the normal 60 hour shift. This was not a good fit for my family schedule. I was not able to go to church on Sundays, spend time with my family on the weekend, or get any sleep. I had to leave Saddle Creek to find a new job that better fit my schedule.

Jones Junior College
I am currently enrolled full time at Jones Junior College. I have selected to take all online courses this semester at Jones so that I can also work and earn a living for my family. I would love to attend classes on campus; however, it is not an option when you have a family and a job to balance at the same time. I need to find a new job that will fit around my family schedule and my school schedule.
