Project direct impact: 65 foundation staff around the globe. Managing Centerstance consultants for the Foundation specific development requirements and deliverables. Web based, mobile, cloud Technologies and integration of out of the box apps like Google apps, Chatter, QlikView and others. Completed system documentation and full system training in many countries.

Responsible for managing I.T. infrastructure for Nike’s World Headquarters, with over six thousand users. Manage Nike’s resources to enable business groups and their I.T. requirements including the engagement of the SAP capability groups and/or vendors as required. Responsible for managing, reporting and coordinating the I.T. infrastructure projects for all the Nike affiliates and their global sites (Hurley, Converse, Exeter, In House Manufacturing (IHM), Cole Haan and Bauer).* Coordinated the SAP basis support, SAP DBA, and printing solution support through the internal capability groups. * Managed a successful program to standardize and migrate newly acquired companies’ I.T. infrastructure and their global sites including their ERP systems and their disaster recovery plans. * Conducted I.T. vendor contract setup and negotiation for U.S. and global affiliates site services leveraging Nike’s existing contracts and pricing saving the each affiliate from 5% to 40% on their contracts. * Directed the collaboration within vendors, remote IT teams and local corporate technical resources on multiple ERP, PDM and retail projects. * Streamlined procurement processes for the Nike affiliates and their internal financial process. Gave them autonomy and flexibility to deal directly with vendors but still getting Nike’s pricing, negotiated support and benefits. * Supervised and managed IT resources to support over 200 Sales Reps for Nike Golf in the U.S.
