Logistics Manager (Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited)
·Monitor and Manage Inventory of Five Warehousing Facilities in USA, Canada Holland and Colombia.
·Train New Employees in USA, Canada, Holland and Colombia.
·Supervise Sample Room and Warehouse Employees in Miami.
·Handle Export and Import Shipments from Overseas.
·Send Documents of the shipments to the appropriate broker.
·Maintain and Create New Products in the System.
·Create New Purchase orders, Receive and Process the Vendors Invoice.
·Assist Purchasing agent in all reports.
·Provide Ocean, air and truck quotes to Sales Assistants.
·Obtain good rates and open new Accounts with Various Trucking companies.
·Assist Controller on Various issues, such as A/P, A/R, And Collections.
·Resolve various office problems.
·Act as back up person for Controller, Purchasing agent and warehouse.
·In charge of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable from 03/05 to 08/06.
·Collections Manager from 03/05 to 08/06
·Supervise A/R and A/P assistant from 08/06 to 01/07.
·Analyze and correct Dutch and Canadian Invoices
·Supervise shipping documents from China.
·Prepare various Analytical Reports
·Take the lead in Streamlining current processes
·Working with other depths & management regarding special projects & corporate wide reporting.
·Received Training Classes on Acctivate about creating Crystal Reports.
