Mikaylee’s work ethic during this project was unmatched and she frequently completed two or three times more interviews than her fellow researchers. Myself and the other faculty members were so impressed by Mikaylee that we chose to keep her on after the interview portion of the project to complete transcriptions.

Anonymous peer evaluations reinforced my belief that Mikaylee consistently assumed leadership roles in her group projects and pushed her teams to produce enhanced final deliverables.

Went on to deliver one of the best final presentations I have observed` during my teaching tenure at the University of Oregon.

In closing, I have taught hundreds of students at the University of Oregon and only a handful have impressed me as much as Mikaylee Tevlin has.I would be delighted to provide any additional information to inform your decision.

Jennifer Smoral

Mikaylee’s work ethic is her biggest strength. She consistently asked to work more days than required. On days that she worked, if there was ever any down time she would ask if there was anything else she could work on.

Another characteristic that complimented her work ethic was Mikaylee’s positive attitude. She always came in with a smile on her face. No matter what was asked of her, Mikaylee would tackle every project as if it was her top priority and never seemed to show if she was stressed.

Fan interaction is very important, not only in this industry, but in this department specifically.Mikaylee communicated very well with fans. Both adults and children responded well to her. This was especially useful when dealing with a guest who was having a problem.

Ms. Tevlin was a key to our success of growing the tournament and signing up over 450 teams in 2009. She successfully managed and developed relationships with many of our key contacts in the basketball community. In the time that Ms. Tevlin worked for me, I came to know her as a very bright, outgoing, hard working and dependable individual. Out of a team of six interns she rose to the top as a natural leader, and was always willing to do what was asked of her and go above and beyond with each and every task. She became the person I would look to first to complete any tasks of importance that needed to be done the right way the first time.

From working with Ms. Tevlin I know her to be a very intelligent, outgoing, hardworking, organized and dependable person. I believe she has a strong understanding of marketing, promotion and project and event management, and that she will excel in any field she chooses.
