Previously called Setiabakat Abadi Sdn Bhd. I was invited to rejoin this company due to their expansion and need for people with calibre. I am responsible to built and maintain clients in my targeted geographical area (TGA).  I provide pest control solution to commercial and residential areas. My TGA has always been in Bandar Sunway, Puchong and some parts of Petaling Jaya. Always striving to achieve company's sales target and achieve high retention ratio of satisfied clients.

Successfully penetrated into Key accounts like Sunway City Group, Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd, CEVA Freight (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd to be our corporate clients. It's a very competitive industry but my excellent level of service has been a trademark in my TGA.

Manage the marketing mix of a large portfolio of eyewears eg. sunglasses, frames, lenses, contacts under the brand Optik Timur.

  • Supervising on purchases, inventory and logistic aspects of products. Product evaluation on customer feedback.

  • Responsible for Advertising & Promotion on product level and corporate level,  building brand awareness and corporate entity.

Responsible for marketing and selling washroom hygiene services and solutions .  I am also responsible for overdue collection of the designated sales area. Developing new clients and servicing existing clients' washroom hygiene needs well to ensure high renewal ratios.

Successfully penetrated into Key Acccounts like Tesco Stores (M) Sdn Bhd, Matsushita Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd, Isetan of Japan and Gamuda Bhd that the company never had before.

Responsible for the branch consumer loan sales performance.  Develop, plan and implement sales and marketing activities to drive in sales. Provide customer support and monitor daily credit operations.

Gained RM3.0 million loan growths for branch in the first Home Ownership Campaign held at PWTC in 1998.
