HR IT BPM & HR Web Team Lead


Leading the team of eight professionals.

Developed, delivered, and supported four HR applications on IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) on Cloud - Car Fleet management for France and Brazil, global New Hire IT Provisioning, and IBM Recognition Payroll Back Feed.

Built and trained the team without any prior BPM experience to deliver production applications in months, using agile principles and up to daily deployments


IBM CIO Business Transformation & IT Specialist


Led the transformation of global IBM HR web content management processes and tools. Reduced the portfolio of 22 content management tools into 1; reduced 180k pages down to 26k, set up governance processes. Performed the role of the solution architect, developer, and led teams of 4-15 and project budgets of $15-100k.

IBM HR web metrics owner (Coremetrics, Unica), IBM HR web search primary contact, IBM corporate web redesign lead for HR.

Developed Web widgets to improve accessibility and usability of SAP user interface for HR. Submitted US patent based on the related SAP accessibility enhancement.


IBM Corporate HR (HR IT Strategy and Web Integration)


Consolidated manager web resources in 41 countries and built Manager Portal for 40,000 IBM managers and HR professionals worldwide. Led phased deployments co-ordinating input and approval from country IBM HR Leaders and their teams.


HR Intranet Analyst


Led European HR Web content management tool and process changes, security implementations, template development, standards adherence, sunset activities, content migration from old tools, and process documentation.
