My objective is to gain an internship position in the field of Public Relations, so as to further my knowledge and understanding of the profession, as well as to hopefully begin a career in the Public and Media Relations sphere.

I am a third-year Public Relations student at the University of Guelph-Humber. I am a self-proclaimed tattoo lover, insatiable reader, power shopper, writer, and attempting designer. I am always looking for inspiration and new opportunities to learn and grow.

I am an avid reader and writer, as well as a recent social media addict. Traveling is one of my passions, and one that I hope I will always have the time for, as there is a three page list of places around the world I would like to revisit or see for the first time. Another of my passions is history, which I absorb through any means possible; currently by way of reading historical fiction related to Cleopatra and The Tudors.

Public Relations Intern

The Angel Foundation for Learning

Working as an intern with the Angel Foundation for Learning, a not-for-profit charity focused on improving the lives of underprivileged students throughout Toronto, has helped me to improve many of the skills I am learning through my post-secondary education. For example, I have had the opportunity to work on grant proposals, hosting and executing various events, as well as writing media releases and news letters.
