  • Assign, train and monitor staff to ensure the quality student services provided.
  • Assist with budget and accounting of grant funds.
  • Develop and coordinate a tracking system for effective record-keeping, monitoring of project activities, program outcomes, and coordinate the oversight of fiscal budgets for the program.
  • Supervise data collection and maintenance of detailed student records to track student success for a comprehensive annual report to the federal government.
