·Staffed ten open positions within four weeks for a newly restructured engineering department by leveraging online databases and personal network to accurately match required profiles.

·Optimized the time to fill KPI from two months to two weeks by working closely with hiring managers to pre-screen the applicant pool to increase recruitment process efficiency.

·Pioneered the use of “Assessment Interview” to improve new hire selection by presenting the applicant with a real life situation. Case style interview is now part of the regular staffing process.
