• Functional Stream lead (5 consultants) on Global HR Template definition project at major Pharma (Basel): delivery of HR process and SAP HR solution to prepare global rollout
• HR Payroll stream lead on global SAP HCM implementation for multinational food and beverage company (Vevey) (Design & Construct/Support & Knowledge Transfer/ Improve the Steady-State/Align and Rationalize technical HR solutions globally)

Selected contributions:

• SAP business consultant on European implementation (6 countries) of HR Transformation project for global ecommerce, shipping and mailing company (HR process definition, solution design and configuration, testing, data migration, training and support)

• Functional and technical authority for data migration project to new HR global systems for multinational computer technology company

• HR Data Engineer for the Training & HR Ops team for multinational computer technology company (generation of complex report, creation of business analytics, data quality monitoring, HR data security management, design and generation of eLearning scenarios for EMEA 17 markets)

Selected contributions:

• SAP Design Authority on global SAP implementation for major Pharma (communication interface between CGEY technical consultants and process stream, functional and design review of systems requirements, co-ordination of SAP functional support)
• HR co-team leader on Business Blueprinting project (HR processes) for Swedish multinational provider of communication technology and services (Personnel Administration, People Management, Compensation & Benefits) including workshop management, process design, documentation definition, integration process flows design.
