Currently working toward completing 144 hours on an Orthopedic rehabilitation floor. Responsibilities include independently managing the care of one to two patients, including assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers). Goals: gaining competence in assessment, basic wound care, medication administration, documentation, and prioritizing care.
