An enthusiastic and self-motivated Master's in Marketing graduate with more than 3 years diverse work experience; most recently working for an Anglo-Russian oil company, heavily involved with sales operations, procurement and marketing. Due to the international scale of the company and its complex organisational structure, I am well practiced in dealing with multi-stage business processes thus possess excellent communication skills on different levels, both in English and Russian. I seek work within the marketing industry and being particularly fascinated by Marcoms, hope to join the OMD International team in order to apply my academic knowledge, key skills and my can-do spirit

Research Project: 'The role of brand equity in brand preference'
Brand Management: In order to maintain TNK brand image and in accordance with Corporate Operations Standards, in collaboration with Marketing Department developed the Motivation Programme for the employees of 60 petrol stations
Communications: As a Communicator between the project team and business units, participated in the IT-project (integration of Retali StorePoint(TM) store and fuel software in 60 petrol stations TNKPB). Represented Sales Operation Department in video-conferences with HQ when reporting the project progress.
Project Management: As a part of IT project, organised training of over 100 employees from 7 towns for the integration of Retalix StorePoint(TM) store and fuel software in 60 petrol stations TNK-PB
Analytical: Analysed and reported the ´Mystery Shopper´ Programme results. Participated in developing corporate compensation package, suggested indexes that were included in salaries calculations
Budget Controls: Assisting in preparation and evaluation of annual budgets (OPEX) of a chain of 60 petrol stations; monthly control of budgeted costs
Procurement: Assisted in streamlining business processes at business unit level to meet the needs of the regional chain of 60 petrol stations: Collection of requests from TNK petrol stations; Market research of suppliers; Drawing up contracts with suppliers; Regular monitoring of stock
Communications: Correspondence with the Municipal and Region Government; Advised the members in Russian legislation; Assisted members in electorate meetings (processing of complains, queries)
