I have worked in the food service industry for 30+ years. I Have a passion for baking and have chosen to fine tune my skills. So I enrolled at Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts a division of YTI Career Institute so that I could perfect my chosen craft. I have a 3.8 GPA and have been awarded Student of the Term 2010.

Baked pies, quick breads, muffins, cookies, cakes and other Lancaster County favorites. Bulk bread baking for this Family-style Restaurant. Time management, spot-on scaling and baking were extremely critical.

After completing several swing management course's for McDonald's, you go onto Hamburger University.  I worked hard and I completed the courses (correctly) in half the time. I was on the Dean's List at H.U. and was promoted to store manager at completion.




Store manager for McDonald's. Inventory, cash/safe management, Operated the store at a A-B level at all times. Ordering. Customer Satisfaction and the daily over-all management of a fast food industry.   Bakery Manager at Good n Plenty. Responsible for 10 person team. Daily bulk baking of pies, quick breads and other baked goods. Baked bread in bulk daily. Use of carousel ovens. Extreme time management. Responsible for product at the Farmer's Market also.
