Responsible for presentation, sales, spreading and gaining of potential customers in Retail, Mixed, Corporate, Commercial branches in responsible area; to carry out the marketing and sales strategies that have been developed to increase branches’ micro- market portions and to gain the maximum profit and to make strategic orientation and follow up the branches in this direction.
Following activities on time in branches in accordance with laws, regulations and Bank’s politics and principles.
·Define Retail Banking Marketing and Sales strategies to provide right timing, correct channels and suitable products by using customer database, segmentation, and profitability models.
·Establish yearly targets for branches and regions, and develop marketing plans for retail banking customers in order to reach targets.
·Establish effective communication with portfolio managers and region vice presidents
