I am currently the President of a full service Marketing, Development, and Public Relations Firm.

Develop and produce newsletters, brochures, promotional material, mailings, annual reports, and client correspondence.

Manage and develop all areas of Social Media including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Organically build pages and group to increase visibily for the company. Manage friends, likes and joining other groups to maximize social media reach.

Submit press releases and manage all  local, national and international media coverage including print, radio and television.

Streamlined company contracts saving the organizations $250,000 per year. 

Implement sucessful cellphone and web donation special fundraising projects.

Create and update websites.

Communications counsel to the president and CEO, serving as the primary spokesperson for the organization, working cross-functionally with development and other department to maximize and synergize communications outreach with organizational objectives.

Handle and execute all details of company fundraising activities including organizing events, invitations, corporate and individual sponsorship, committee recruitment, donor appreciation.

Implement donor wall sponsorship, mail appeals and planned giving. 

Attend community functions along with public speaking and mission presentations to corporations and community organizations.

Work closely with grant writers to identify and secure funds for the organization totaling $300,000 in 2010.

Raise $100,000 per year through mail appeals.

Responsible for submitting and receiving National Recognition for the organization through, and one of our participants receiving Goodwill International Achiever of the Year Award in 2009.

Manage all outside media relationships for press, radio and television for story promotion, mission awareness and advertising campaigns, most recently CBS Evening News with Katie Couric and The New York Times.

Secure and identify major donors for the organization.

Guide staff in their professional development through mentoring.

Responsible for all Social Media including Facebook,  LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
