I am a very energetic, dependable and highly organised person who has an eye for detail and is someone who thrives under pressure. Since the age of thirteen, I have been working within the hospitality industry, from domestics to barwork, waitressing and sales. During these years of valuable work experience, I have enjoyed and  learnt alot about myself but most importantly how customer service and satisfaction is vital to make any  business a sucess.  When I join a new work force I enjoy training and learning how to go about  working effectively. Even when capable in a task I try to stay conscious of ways to improve my performance and give the best customer service possible. I am hard working and always eager to learn and grow proffesionaly.  I have a passion for exellence and wish to utilze my skills and gain vital experience.

In 2004 I went to South Africa, Cape Town as part of a multi- culture trip. It was two weeks and I got to meet alot of people from all over , which im still in contact today via facebook and email. During this trip, I got to learn about the many diffferent cultures and religions out there.I visted run down, highly crime related areas. We also held a fun day for the under prillveged families with food, drink and fun activites.  In addtion 15 South Africans also came to visit us for two weeks and learn about are culture and religion. It was the most touching and enjoyable expereience of my life that I will hold close to my heart forever.
