My name is Lana Lee. I have been in the culinary business for years. I decided in order to further my career in culinary, I would need a degree. I revived my culinary Degree in  2008 and continued taking advanced classes in baking and pastry, management, ice sculpting and Garde Manager. After graduating, I opened Lilly's Cakes and Catering and it has been successful ever since!
