Fibercomp Maker

Order and weigh materials for mixing cycles, pan out for drying and baking, grind dried material, pack and label with lot number. 

Slitter Machine Operator

Responsibilities included receive and read work orders for customer requirements and tolerances, change machines paper work with set-ups including labels, learn several different machines to run, set up machine to slit size, web machine and inspect for cut sizes and defects for go or no go materials. 

Compression Molder

Run multiple compression presses, made and dried materials for molding use in Hobart Mixers and granulators to turn into powder form, used masks for methanol and gloves for graphite and carbon fibers according to safety procedures, general housekeeping, periodic cleaning of machines, inspect and label parts for next phase of production.
