I support approximately 200 users on a day to day basis. The role is extremely varied and covers all aspects of our in-house, database driven systems, e-mail, productivity and project management software. Within the Networking area of the business I assist in the set up and configuration of everything from simple broadband routers to more advanced Cisco routing and switches to 3G and 4G telephony and data solutions.
During my time at Tolent I have acquired a great deal of knowledge in this field. I have gelled very well with all the staff and have built up excellent rapport with both site workers and management alike. My positive, can-do attitude and always helpful approach to problem solving has helped the IT department be seen as an ally rather than the enemy.
