To better my work experience and also to improve my college applications with more extracurricular activities. I would also like to build up my college applications with employments.
I am a high school graduate from Life Sciences Secondary School, a high school located on the upper East Side of Manhattan. I enjoy drawing and plan on majoring in Fine Arts when I enroll for college. I have taken three years of French and I am also very fluent in Spanish. Most of my classes in high school tend to be AP classes. My schedule now has 3 AP classes, AP Government, AP Biology, and AP Literature. Life Sciences Secondary School is full of extracurricular activities. Since my Junior year I've been editor of my school's Literary Magazine, a newsletter speaking about current events going on in the school as well as showcasing artwork and written pieces. Along with Literary Magazine I have also done Model UN. Previously I have also done volunteer work with a cat shelter and I have done various community service activities such as fund raising money for Haiti after the disaster. I also babysit my three nephews on occasions for my sister-in-law Michelle Paz.

Writing articles for the school newspaper as well as drawing the comics. I also enjoy participating in any school plays or shows that I can. My interests can vary from journalism, visual arts, and performing arts.
I began watching my first nephew when I just graduated for junior high school. From then on I've been babysitting that nephew and my other two as well. The person I babysit for is my sister-in-law. Her contact number is 646-541-7391 and her name is Michelle Paz.
While working with BiBi Fresh I would work in different cafeterias in different corporate buildings. Mostly I would be serving the food to the customers at the current building but if necessary I would also step back into the kitchen to help prep some of the food.
I was hired as a seasonal employee for the company Barnes & Noble Booksellers. I began working in late October up until the seasonal period was over, which was early January. My responsibilities while working at the bookstore I was hired were to check the displays and make sure none of them were empty or disorganized. Aside from fixing of displays, I was also sometimes put on one of the customer services desks on the different floors wherever I was needed. Most of the of my time working at the bookstore was spent at the registers because I was hired as a cashier for the seasonal period. If I wasn't the registers usually I was on one of the floors organizing books and helping customers if they ever needed any help until there was a line and a new register had to be opened.
