  • Held dual accountability; (i) Managed a complex-scale corporate project delivery of 6 sophisticated visa application centres across 5 West African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone and Gambia), as Regional Programme Manager, (ii); Managed and stabilised operations post project phase as Zone Manager for Nigeria as the lead in the West African business development team.
  • Took responsibility for the site selection process, project managed the office fit-out process of about 10000sqm space (CAT A & CAT B) across multiple sites and spearheaded the localisation of operational solution, and the recruitment of mid-level management staff.
  • Maintained RAID log highlighting key points for attention across allocated responsibilities.
  • Provided audit and oversight to ensure contract budget, schedule and quality commitments are met by contractors.

  • Maintained communication with UK Visas and Immigration Regional Director and other relevant stakeholders on project progress.
  • Recruited and mentored four VAC managers and twelve supervisors to assist in daily operations.
