Direct report to the Licensing Director with the task to create and manage the whole Marketing communication area for Sanrio GmbH (EMEA) in the licensing market.

I  mainly developed the Hello Kitty  brand positioning in the lifestyle market through cross category (Clothing, toys, publishing, beauty& care, home and textile)  and cross target (baby – kids – teens – young adults – adults) above the line actions.

Direct report to Managing Director with tasks in strategic development, planning and coordination of Marketing & Communication area in Italian market (trade e consumer) for ophthalmic lenses and licensed frames brands, in compliance with the strategies of the company's hq (Munich).

Since 2012 member of the company management committee with the task to contribute to the creation and management of company strategies to reach the year targets

  • Development and coordination of co-marketing actions with collective buying power
  • On line and off line advertising campaign (catalogues, POP items...)
  • In charge of the coordination of external press office
  • Event manager Italy for the international sector fair trade (MIDO) and events mainly concerning opticians (promotional tours, conventions, local events)
