Responsible for account relationship of assigned base serving the Metropolitan Las Vegas area while cultivating business partnerships and expanding business base.

  • Build strong relationships and understanding of Customer’s business in order to determine which business products and services competitively meet the needs of a long-term strategy.
  • Developed customized solutions and integrate emerging technologies for ~30 customers.

Program Management, Solution Provider Segment

Responsible for the implementation of all Tools, Processes, Training and Communication for the Indirect Sales organization.

  • Created and implemented CRM Tool deployment plans for Indirect Sales organization and drove ongoing improvements within the tool which increased usage by ~25%
  • Developed and delivered all channel communications for >100 internal groups including channel management and support personnel as well as >1000 external groups including the entire Indirect Sales organization.

Developed and implemented marketing strategies for the Consumer and Small Business Local Winback Department.

  • Delivered all product specific and positioning content to the internal training development department and utilized by the Consumer and Small Business Local Winback Outbound Telemarketing teams.
  • Measured the successful implementation of the product by conducting weekly monitoring of outbound sales calls and Q&A calls as well as on-site observations.
  • Provided daily, cyclical and monthly analysis of field performance based upon finance goals.

Managed $5 million annual budget including payroll, incentives, and commission for the Outbound Sales Department of 225 employees.

  • Provided weekly sales staffing projections, elapsed monthly hours projection, and weekly performance goals for Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers.
  • Directed Reporting Team that generated all productivity reports utilized to measure and drive performance on daily, weekly, and monthly levels.

  • Served as liaison between Corporate Marketing groups and Mass Market Centers to ensure flawless implementation of all new company initiatives.
