I am an architect with 3 and a half years of experience as Construction Manager in several residential

and commercial projects. Request, review and approve construction projects, as well as

supervise architectural technical staff during projects execution. Prepare and control execution

budgets and schedules. Analyze materials and technologies and estimate costs. Request, bid

for and approve supplies. Deal with a wide range of suppliers, either national or overseas. Use

CAD software to review, correct and improve designs and to prepare working drawings.


My objective is to apply my knowledge on construction management and architectural design whereas

incorporating Canadian technologies and regulations on those fields to guarantee the best

quality and aesthetic. As an immigrant I would like to reinforce Canada’s reliance on us.

  • Led a team of technicians in the supervision and management of a new restaurant construction, successfully finished.
  • Monitored the technical and constructive conditions of several buildings; specified methods to restore or rehabilitate as well as provided plans and working drawings.
  • Organized, supervised and reviewed the execution of a project for a new 14-rooms hotel.
  • Led a team of technicians in the preparation, supervision and management of the above mentioned work, not finished though.
  • Provided new solutions to the original project of the hotel along with its technical drawings.
